Update on construction progress, March 2026

The PORT ONE Berlin project continues to make visible progress: structural works are currently in full swing, with the building steadily taking shape. At the same time, building services installations have commenced, further advancing the project according to schedule.

Even at this stage of construction, the architectural quality is becoming increasingly apparent. With its flowing curves, distinctive segmental arch windows, and high-quality natural stone façade, the building is already developing a strong presence within the urban context, offering a glimpse of the impressive views that will be enjoyed across Berlin in the future.

The site management team of Ingenieurbüro Kuschel (IKR) places great emphasis on close and constructive collaboration with all contractors and planning partners. Through coordinated processes and a strong focus on quality, the goal is to deliver a technically and architecturally compelling, harmonious overall result.

Update on construction progress, January 2026

The excavation pit with the shell of the basement floors and the shell of building section 3 up to the 2nd floor have now been completed. Construction began in the second quarter of 2022.
