Update on construction progress, March 2026

The PORT ONE Berlin project continues to make visible progress: Structural work is currently in full swing, and the building is increasingly taking shape. At the same time, the building services contractors have begun their work and are moving forward according to schedule.

The architectural quality is already clearly evident at this stage of construction. With its flowing curves, distinctive basket-arch windows, and high-quality natural stone facade, the building makes a striking impression in the urban landscape and offers a glimpse of the unique view of Berlin that will open up in the future.

The construction management team at the engineering firm Kuschel (IKR) places great emphasis on close and constructive collaboration with all contractors and those involved in the planning process. The goal is to achieve an architecturally and technically compelling and harmonious overall result through coordinated processes and high quality standards.
